卧波桥重建于1999年，桥体全长82米，宽16米，为九孔石拱桥，汉白玉护栏，护栏柱头为盘龙结构，全桥共筑有99条盘龙，暗合“九龙山之数。”中间三孔为通水实孔，两侧六孔为装饰性假孔。此桥横跨东、西两湖之间，建造精美，气势磅礴。因此，卧波桥是北山重要建筑景观之一。

（注：北山原名九龙山，康熙二十一年东巡吉林后改名为北山。）

Wobo Bridge

established in 1999 , is 82 meters long and 16 meters wide. It is a 9-hole stone arch bridge with the guardrail made of Han Dynasty white jade, of which the pillar head is structured by the shape of twisting dragons. And there are 99 twisting dragons in total hinting the number of 9 dragons mountain.(The former name of Bei Mountain is 9-dragon Mountain, that has been changed into Bei Mountain, after the emperor of Qing Dynesty, Kangxi had the east inspection tour in Jilin City in 1682.)
