德政碑——又名功德碑，分别为纪念当年吉林省政府主席张作相（1930年）、昔日吉林省长王维宙（1926年）、原吉林知事于郎昆（1925年）而建。此处是人们寻幽取静，赏碑思古，吟诗作赋之所。
